Kari is a current member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the National Council on Strength and Fitness.

Kari has worked in the fitness industry for the past four years, serving as the Assistant General Manager of OM Fitness, the Quality Control Specialist for Urban Active Fitness and now works as a personal trainer at Life Time Fitness in Dublin, Ohio.

On the side, Kari works as a spokes model for MET-Rx Nutrition as well as a fitness model. She has been featured in Oxygen Magazine as a Future of Fitness Cover Girl in the 100th Anniversary edition, was named BodyBuilding.com’s Trainer of the Month for September 2009, and is currently the fitness columnist for FHM Magazine Online.

Mandy took a few minutes out of her schedule to answer some extremely important questions for FitnessModelsForYou.com

Q: Mandy, You were on America’s Most Smartest Model.

What was the experience like and what did you learn from it?

Mandy Lynn: The experience was like no other. It’s really interesting actually all the twists and turns that production would throw at us during filming.

It is really bugged out because it’s reality but at the same time not it isn’t because it is obviously an unnatural situation.

But it was awesome to be part of it and I would do it again in a second!

I learned a lot about myself from it, funny things, like for example — facial expressions that I didn’t realize that I make, how my voice sounds, my mannerisms…stuff like that.

It’s interesting because you get to see yourself from a perspective that you would not normally be able to see.

Q: What’s one thing about reality TV shows you can share with us that most people watching them don’t know?

Mandy Lynn: That the shows are prerecorded. It’s crazy how many people think the show is live.

Also one episode is like two or three days worth of filming and there is SO much you don’t get to see!

Q: The reason a show like that was made was because the stereotype is that models (and beautiful women in general) aren’t that smart, mainly because they have things handed to them because of how they look.

Q: Being a slightly above average looking woman yourself, does this bother you at all or do you just use it to your advantage because people will underestimate you?

Mandy Lynn: Oh it’s absolutely an advantage! I love it! Go ahead and underestimate me as I move on up the ladder of success! lol!

So yeah, I try to turn that around and use it in a good way.

It is funny how on the show I am placed at the bottom of the ladder so to speak, by Mary Alice, when in reality I have done a lot more work than most of the cast members.

So when people meet me they assume I am gonna be dumb and by the end of the day they have their foot in their mouth — yea baby! haha

Q: It’s quite obvious by looking at you that your brains are your best asset.

Besides your web site, ClubMandyLynn.com, do you have any other plans for world domination?

Mandy Lynn: Absolutely and you said it yourself I have a lot of brains so it wouldn’t be smart to tell you my plan now would it? *evil laugh*

But yeah I do have a ton of fun ideas and projects coming up so keep checking my site to find out what I’ve got going on!

Q: Okay, Mandy, let’s come clean. What kind of grades did you get in school?

Mandy Lynn: Actually I did pretty well in school. I was the type that did extra credit projects and studied for tests — really!

Up until 11th grade when hormones started kickin in and I’m like damn he’s hot and the mall became my 2nd home! lol

Q: What’s the square root of 1,287?

Mandy Lynn: 35.8747822!! Because I didn’t google that or anything! lol! Well I’m smart enough to know you can find anything you need on google! lol!

Q: Don’t you think it’s true that East Coasters do everything better?

Mandy Lynn: Hell yea! I like it here in NY better than LA because people are more real, more focused, where in LA it is so much about partying and such a superficial “hollywood” vibe.

It’s cool but I just get bored of that fast and I am happy to come home to NY.

Q: Now be honest, now that your making a living by modeling, do you do anything to keep looking fit or are you one of those women that eats fries by the bucket load and still looks great?

Before answering, remember that women may read this and could find out where you live.

Mandy Lynn: LMAO! Sorry to say (for other women) but yea I can eat what I want and not gain a pound.

I have a small appetite, and when I do eat it doesn’t take much to make me full. I always say it is like I was born with a “stay skinny” system in my body.

I think of it like a rare car, because there are others out there just like me but not that many so people refuse to believe you are like that naturally because that makes them feel better.

But nope, this is how I was built. I’m a very petite girl and I am thankful while this lasts! But I do want to gain about 5 lbs.

Q: If you do exercise and try and eat healthy, what do you like to do and eat?

Mandy Lynn: I don’t eat healthy at all and that is not a good thing for health purposes and I always say I need to start eating right as I’m popping a cookie into my mouth! lol!

Just because I’m skinnny doesn’t mean that I don’t need the nutrients of fruits and stuff and I know that.

Same thing with exercise. I should do it because it is good for you even though I don’t need to lose weight. It is my new years resoluiton! haha

Q: I’ll believe that when I see it!

Q: Okay, now come probably the two most important questions you’ll ever answer in your life so think carefully.

Q: Who is the sexiest looking person to ever interview you?

Mandy Lynn: You of course!

Q: Wow. You ARE really smart!

Q: Do you wear thong, spank pants or boy shorts?

Hot Babe Xtina Noel: I mostly wear boy shorts or brazilian cut panties.

Thongs only when I have to. Boy shorts make me feel sexier and more comfortable.

Q: What’s your idea of a romantic evening?

Xtina Noel: Honestly I’m not a picky woman.

I like a nice quiet dinner, a walk around the city or on the beach. I like to be low-key.

Q: What makes a man sexy to a sexy bikini babe like yourself?

Xtina Noel: Confidence and motivation. I love a man who knows what he wants and has the ambition to go for it.

Q: What do you consider to be sensual foods?

Xtina Noel: Sushi, its my favorite!

Q: Other than the obvious, where do you most like a man to touch you?

Xtina Noel: My neck is my weak spot. I guess I shouldn’t have told you that because now everyone knows my secret! (laughs)

Q: lol I’m taking notes! What do you think is the sexiest part on a man’s body?

Xtina Noel: His chest and his eyes by far.

Q: What is the sexiest piece of clothing a woman can wear? Why?

Fitness Babe Xtina Noel: Absolutely nothing. A woman will always feel sexy wearing nothing because its a sense of freedom.

You don’t have to worry about if anything looks nice or if it doesn’t make a certain part of your body look good.

Well, that goes for me but I think most women will agree

Q: Great answer! Favorite music?

Xtina Noel: Anything I can sing and dance to. I love to dance.

Q: Favorite movie?

Xtina Noel: 300! Men fighting for freedom and what they want. Cant get any better than that!

Q: As a hot bikini model, you must get hit on a thousand times a day. Worst pick up line ever heard.

Xtina Noel: There’s a million of these! Ive gotten everything from cheesy to raunchy, its just not attractive.

Q: Advice for guys who want to approach you.

Xtina Noel: I actually like doing the approaching, I always go for what I want and what Im interested in.

It just saves the guy the embarrassment of being let down or being put in an uncomfortable situation.
